Carpool from Huia Pool, meeting at Whareroa Farm at 8:30am.
From Whareroa Farm we take Catchment View track upto Campbell's Mill Road. There is a bit of private land we have to access before entering Akatarawa Forest Park. We enter the park on the Fence line Track head left to Titi Road and then turn into Hydro Valley Rd.
There are a few river crossings and everyone needs the mandatory safety gear.
Based on research it is about 20k and could take 4 hours return.
